Refund & Cancellation Policy

Harshanam aims to deliver high-quality services and products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes eligibility, timelines, and the refund process. This Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

This Policy applies to purchases made on www.harshanam.com including physical products, digital goods and services/consultations, unless a specific product page states otherwise.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay. If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank (typically 7–14 working days).

4. How to Request a Refund
  1. Email contact@harshanam.com with the order number, date, reason and any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots).
  2. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and may request additional information to investigate.
  3. After review, we will notify you of the decision and, if approved, process the refund.
5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us, we may be required to provide transaction evidence to the bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed by Harshanam and could result in account suspension.

6. Return Shipping (Physical Items)

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking the return shipment and insuring it where appropriate.
