These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and website available at www.harshanam.com (“Site”) operated by Harshanam (“we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that company's behalf.

2. Services, Orders & Payments

• Services and products offered on the Site will be as described on the product/service pages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice where practicable.
• All payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Harshanam uses Razorpay for online payments. We do not store sensitive card details on our servers (unless explicitly stated). Please review Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy for payment processing details.
• Prices are displayed on the Site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Order confirmation by email does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

For information about cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. Refunds (when eligible) are processed to the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing times.

4. Accounts & Security

• When you create an account you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@harshanam.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws (including the Information Technology Act, 2000);

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARSHANAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HARSHANAM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to Harshanam.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall if possible be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Harshanam is incorporated or maintains its principal place of business.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
